Haryana Government changed the rule for VAT MODVAT for inter state sale. With effect from 07.09.2015 when the goods are sold in inter state against 'C' form, in that case input tax shall be allowable only to the extent of amount of tax actually paid on the purchase of such goods in the state under the act or tax payable on sale of such goods under CST act, whichever is lower.
